Another Monday and feeling very good. I am up .04 of a pound but yesterday was a P/V day and that is to be expected. I took my measurements yesterday and compared to 25 days ago and WOW what a motivation that was, so cool to see the loss in inches too.

2 Dukan OB Muffins (made with banana flavoring yum)

1 6oz tub of F/F S/F Yogurt
Lunch
1 Chicken Breast
1/2 c 1% Cottage Cheese
Snack
1 S/F Jello
Dinner
Shrimp with crushed garlic
1/2 C F/F S/F Yogurt
