Menu for yesterday:
Breakfast
2 Dukan Muffins
2 Egg White Omelette with green peppers and mushrooms
Lunch
Chicken Salad with lettuce, radishes, garden zuccchini, cucumber and Dukan dressing
1 tub of Yogurt
Snack
2 slices of roasted turkey wrapped in lettuce leaves with 1T of onion and green peppers
Dinner
1 5oz New York Strip with steamed broccoli
1 c of Cottage Cheese
Thanks for posting your menus! Another question....I see that you are eating Dukan muffins everyday, but the recipe in the book says that they are for the consolidation phase. I can't see why as there is nothing in them that is "bad", but wondered if you had found out from somewhere that they were okay to eat during the cruise phase.

Which book are you reading this from, the UK or the US version? Here is my recipe and it give you .75 T per muffin so you can have 2 in any phase:
ReplyDelete3 Eggs
9 T of Oat Bran
9 T of Vanilla Yogurt
3 t of Baking Powder
1/2 C of Splenda
1t of a flavoring of your choice
Mix and fill 12 muffin cups in a pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 :-)
I have the US version, published in Canada - I can tell this by the spelling and the fact that things aren't in metric. The recipe is different as it calls for eggs, egg whites and powdered milk. I like your recipe better and will try it on the weekend.
ReplyDeleteThanks!
