Dukan Day 46

I am up 4 lbs and have no idea why?  I have been eating as I normally do and all of the sudden I am gaining 1 pound a day.  I am so very frustrated!

    Maybe try a few days of induction again?

    Maybe you just hit a plateau, and had to push past that. Those can be very frustrating.
