Well, the start of June means a new spreadsheet:
6/1 213.4 P/P Up 4 pounds due to TOM but down .04 as of this morning
It will likely take me a week to get the numbers back down and it is frustrating but what can one do?
Breakfast

3 slices of turkey breast
Snack
Cottage Cheese
Lunch
Salmon Salad with Dukan Dressing
Snack

Dinner
Vegetable beef Soup - yum!
Well done on sticking to the Dukan! Great results so far. It is frustrating that we put on weight around TOM! Nothing more demoralising than stepping on the scales to see them go up instead of down... I always put on about 1-2 kgs around TOM - then I have to get rid of those kgs before I can start getting rid of the rest of them again....
