Perfume!!!

This is my collection and thought I would share... Perfume, my weakness...

Enough! This isn't fun anymore...

We have gotten over 3 feet of snow and running out of places to put it. The windows in front of the house are half covered, the horses are up to their underbellies in the drifts. Ugh! Another 12 inches is predicted on Saturday.

If you don't hear from me Monday call out the Saint Bernard's!

The mind as a canvas...

In my efforts to learn how to spin on my spinning wheel I began to realize that everything is a journey, there is a beginning and usually an end. I always tend to rush to the end part and my life is so full of deadlines and promises that I forgot all about the journey.

As I began to get the feel of the roving through my fingers my mind began to not concentrate on my hands (they knew what to do in a short time) but rather concentrate on moments and fleeting words that has been stored in my rattled brain.

I need to pay attention to my health AKA CC
I need to get back to reading
I need to tell others how much I love them more often
I need to enjoy each and every minute while I am in it rather than after it has passed

I feel energized and I feel full and I feel like I am on the right path again.

This is T.P. our little rescue kitten and he has decided that he likes to watch TV. While shooting pics of him and then editing them I realized some of the wording in the commercials was fitting and made it that much more hysterical! Click on picture for a larger view to read the words.

The Shroud of Winter

I was so engaged in the look of this that I had to share it!

Accomplishments

In part of my effort of always "Paying it Forward" I have started this New Year with a bang! I supplied a Mother with the materials (thank you ABC Stitch) for our design Catch Me by Selina Fenech for her Daughter to stitch.

I had some problems getting the chart to her in time for Christmas and it turned out that her Daughter was visiting extended family and she had planned on doing Christmas New Year's Eve and the package arrived that day - the Universe works in wonderous ways!


I have completed the Quaker piece for the Legacy Quaker Exchange and I did a rather complex design which was a snippet from Museum de Chelle and it warmed my heart.

The HAED Freebie Fairy team dropped off about 50 charts this past December too and they are quite pleased with themselves as well!

Now to plan the rest of 2010 with Pay it Forwards....
