The northern wind is blowing today with big puffy clouds of grey and white. The air is unsettled and scary, it is heavy with liquid that cannot be seen.
The weight of the air feels weighed down and yet soft and languid. I touch the skin of my horse and she feels like the clouds above me would feel.
I turn to the West as I do each day and think of my native home on the coast and long to be back in the West, where the weather is sane and I am no longer scared of dark clouds.
May these feelings pass in time, I don't want to live in fear of storms.
Beautifully expressed. Very touching.
